Returns & Exchanges
If your product does not quite fit the way you want and you need a different size, we will coordinate to get the sizing that you need. Shipping cost for the return and shipping costs to resend the new product back out to you will be the responsibility of you the owner.

Product that has not been worn/used can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the owner’s expense and a restocking charge of $60 will be deducted from the refund amount once we confirm delivery of the item. Large/special orders are subject to different fees than mentioned above.
We offer a complete 90 day warrantee against any manufactures defect* in material and workmanship. You may exchange your product for a different size, as long as your item has not been customized.
Simply ship your product directly to the following address should you encounter any manufacturers defects* in the first 90 days of purchase:
We will repair or replace the product and return it immediately to the address you provide via prepaid UPS.
*Note- A manufacturers defect is considered a defect that has occurred during the manufacturing of the product and does not include damage to the product as a result of improper cleaning, usage and general wear and tear. If the product is deemed by the manufacturer to not be a manufacturers defect, then the damaged product will be shipped back to the sender at their expense via Canada Post.
