Refund policy

If your gear isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it for a full refund or exchange, with no restocking fee. Items should be in original, resaleable condition; email hello@raingearpro.com or call us to start a return.

Custom alterations: We can't accept returns on products with custom alterations. If you'd like alterations, contact us by phone or email before ordering and we'll confirm the details of your request.

Manufacturing defects: We stand behind our workmanship. If a genuine manufacturing defect ever appears (a defect in materials or workmanship, not damage from improper cleaning, use, or normal wear and tear), get in touch and we'll repair or replace it and ship it back to you at our expense. If an item is assessed and found not to be a manufacturing defect, it's returned to you at your expense.
