Made in Canada · Crew orders
Kitting out a crew?
One person here takes the whole order: headcount, sizes, the gear that fits the job, and one shipment at the end of it.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Pacific. A real person picks up.
- One shipment, one invoice
- Made in Canada

01 · How it works
Three steps, and no forms to fill in
There's no portal and no quote request queue. You talk to someone, and that someone stays on it until the boxes land.
-
Call or email
Tell us the headcount and what the crew does. Falling, roadwork, line work, arborist, utility, whatever it is. That's enough for us to start.
-
We help size your crew with gear
We work through the sizes with you and match the gear to the job. Mixed sizes across a crew are normal and expected. If someone sits between sizes, we sort that out before anything gets cut.
-
One shipment, one invoice
Everything is made to order, packed together and sent as one shipment, with one invoice for the whole crew.
02 · What crews buy
Three that cover most crews
Most crew orders come down to these. If yours doesn't, say so on the call and we'll work from the job backwards.

03 · Why crews call us
What you get when you order for a crew
- Wrong size
- 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange it, with no restocking fee. One person on the crew being a size out isn't a problem.
- Layering
- Jackets and bibs are already cut larger to allow for layering, so nobody needs to size up to get a sweater underneath.
- Where it's made
- Every piece is cut and sewn in Canada. The Apex and Lynx in Quebec, the saw pants and the Hurricane rain gear in British Columbia.
- Who you talk to
- Brian and Keilan own and run Rain Gear Pro, and they're the ones who pick up the phone. No ticket queue, no call centre.

Reselling rather than buying for your own crew?
That's a different conversation. Start on the Become a Distributor page and we'll pick it up from there.
Tell us the headcount. We'll do the rest.
