If your product doesn't fit as expected and you require a different size, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for returning the original product and shipping the new size to you will be at your expense.

Try Rain Gear Pro for 30 days, Risk-Free! If our gear doesn’t live up to your expectations, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It’s as simple as that—you’ve got nothing to lose, and only top-tier performance to gain (does not apply for Custom Altered product).

Custom Alterations

Custom alterations are a great way to tailor our products to your exact needs, but please note that they are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free guarantee or returns. To ensure we get it perfect the first time, feel free to give us a call at 888-840-2031. Our team is ready to help you customize with confidence!

Manufacturer’s Warranty

We offer a comprehensive 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects* in materials or workmanship. If your product is defective, you may exchange it for a new item or different size, provided the product has not been customized.

To make a warranty claim, simply ship the product to the following address within 90 days of purchase. We will promptly repair or replace the product and return it to you via prepaid UPS.

Note: A manufacturer’s defect refers to flaws in the production process and does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, or general wear and tear. If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, the item will be returned to you at your expense via Canada Post.
