I had a gentleman personally reach out to me to help size and get the right gear for my needs. On top of everything they did for me I had ordered custom alterations and on their final shipping inspection they realized the coat and pants were the wrong size. Rather than send out the wrong size the emailed me straight away amd shot me a text saying there would be a delay and because of this they sent me both my large and medium sets so thats 2 coats 2 pants and 2 hoods for the price of 1.
